Yes, a fit and fabulous personal trainer in her 70’s! Author Julie Luedtke is a shining example of living your best life after 55, the title that names her new book. She lives what she teaches. At 73, she still runs ½ marathons, 10Ks and 5Ks, and understands first hand what our body (and mind) goes through as we age. Bottom line, “health is your first wealth” and it’s never to late to make improvements! For more than 25 years, Julie has helped older adults regain their quality of life and maintain their independence. Her mission is to inspire the over fifty crowd to enjoy life’s journey, no matter what the number says on their birth certificate.
