Today, we discuss the importance of learning and asking questions when looking for guidance and answers to reinvent your life after 50. One interesting observation in this regard, women are less likely to ask questions than men. Academic studies point to a lack of confidence or fear of “not seeming clever enough” that keeps women from asking more questions in public forums. Lifestyle Strategist Tami McVay explains that being intimidated by someone else’s strength or expertise is misguided. When the veil is lifted, none of us are perfect. In fact, from our lowest and most vulnerable times, we can learn (and teach) the most. Just continue to be curious and ask questions!
