Most of us would agree that the reference to a midlife crisis is generally perceived as a bad thing. But is a midlife crisis really all that bad? A midlife crisis could simply be a time when we start to question our self and what we are doing with our life; more of a wakeup call to what is and isn’t important anymore. It doesn’t have to be a crisis at all, if we understand the telltale signs and manage our reactions and decisions in a way that creates new opportunities and purpose for our life ahead. To one degree or another, all of us will experience a midlife awakening that can serve to bring renewed purpose and fulfillment to our 2nd Act. What’s your take? Midlife Crisis: real, not real, good thing, bad thing? Leave us your comments.
