PJ Rosch, CEO of The Little Red Dog

CEO & Top Dog, The Little Red Dog

PJ is the CEO & Top Dog of The Little Red Dog, Inc. (TLRD), a SoCal-based organization that rescues dogs from high kill shelters, and doesn’t shy away from pulling special needs and senior dogs – those most often overlooked.  She grew up around companion and farm animals and has been rescuing animals ever since she was a little girl. In 2011, PJ founded TLRD to pay homage to the little red Pitbull that was beaten to death because she didn’t want to fight in Michael Vick’s dog ring.

PJ holds three degrees; in communication, film, and an MBA. She has 25-years of marketing and business experience in Fortune 500 companies, and has operated her own consulting company. PJ decided to apply her corporate business experience to focus on the dogs as her customer and running the rescue as a business with KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), excellent customer service and a strong senior team. PJ and her team are on a “Mission from Dog”!
